Attachment- Focused - exploring how your attachment style influences your relationships—how you see yourself, the partners you choose, and the quality of your connections. My goal is to help you heal from insecure patterns and develop healthier, more secure attachments.

Trauma-Informed- recognizing the profound effect past relational trauma can have on your current relationships. Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate various therapeutic modalities to help you process past experiences and their impact on your current relationships.

  • Finding the right therapist can feel challenging. To help mitigate this challenge, I offer free, 10-15 minute consultation calls to learn more about your presenting concerns and explore the best path forward. Assuming we are a good fit, we can go ahead and book an intake session during this call!

  • Sessions with Aurora Love Counseling often consist of attachment-based therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). Attachment-based therapy to understand how your childhood experiences with caregivers affect your current relational experiences. CBT to help you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. ACT to help you take committed actionable steps to foster growth and healing. Other evidence-based modalities, specifically the ones listed below, are integrated based on client need.

    Self-pay: $135 for 50 minute session

About Ibbie Aromolaran: Your Therapist

I’m Ibbie Aromolaran, a licensed therapist and coach with a passion for helping individuals break free from unhealthy relationship patterns. With years of experience in attachment-focused therapy, trauma recovery, and relationship counseling, my approach is warm, empathetic, and rooted in scientifically-backed methods.

While relationship health is at the core of what I do, I also offer compassionate, expert care for a wide range of mental health concerns including, anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and postpartum challenges.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am a Nationally Certified Counselor. I believe in meeting you where you are and guiding you toward a place of healing and empowerment.
